Ash Wednesday release iOS 4 for iPhone and iPad. If you happen to use the application Authenticator from Blizzard for World of Warcraft, Diablo III, Starcraft, or beta, it is worth noting a few tips.
If you've ever lost your authentication or had to disconnect with the upgrade, you know it's a hassle to get the account back in order. To make sure that the game is not open access, make sure you do one of the following:
Subscribe to the SMS service protecting the Blizzard. This free option allows user to disconnect your account using the code received via text message authenticator.
Make a note of the serial number and return to the application code. It can be accessed from the settings menu "about." From there it is easy to restore an application after a reset.
Alternatively, users can disconnect their authenticator from the account before the update, and again after you have successfully installed iOS7. Blizzard, we recommend that you also update the phone via WiFi, to minimize the likelihood of accidental reset.

Our take
Probably the only Blizzard games you play Diablo III is on the console, you must use the authenticator to protect your account. This free application provides that prey is safe. Just make sure you take the precautions listed above, before updating the phone. I can assure you (first hand experience) you can rather be playing than trying to get a free account with the issuer cannot enter.
